Mrs. Kellogg recieved a BA in geology 1994 from Alfred University and an MS in geology from Indiana University in 2003. She has 18 years of experience in environmental characterization and remediation, primarily in the areas of groundwater remediation and sediment characterization. She has been with CDM Smith for 13 years.
