The current economy is squeezing all budgets pertinent to providing adequate drinking water supplies while protecting public health and natural resources. What are some of the strategies municipal leaders can adopt to help them negotiate current and future financial challenges? What types of policies should they debate to ensure they meet their responsibilities? Are there long-term partnerships they should be considering to help them meet their obligations?
