This session will attempt to identify the universe of technical, legal, regulatory, ecological, and social barriers to improved management of waters of marginal quality. The session will begin to explore: *Current sources and potential availability of brackish water *Current technological and economic barriers to improved management *Disposal of residuals issues *Current parameters of a USDW *Policy and regulatory barriers to improved management of brackish water resources.
