Water Balance Analysis
Water budgets often form the basis for decision-making in water management planning. This session invites papers on innovations in methods to quantify components of the water balance, including evapotranspiration, as well as papers dealing with uncertainty in water balance computations, validation of water balance computations, field investigations, and case studies.
Moderator:Andy O'Reilly, U.S. Geological Survey
