Water Challenges in Conjunctive Management

As southwestern states plan for sustainable water supplies to support their population, economies and environments in a changing climate, access to ground water reservoirs as become a key part of the equation. Featured speakers in this session will address their views on the critical issues and need for science to support decisions on ground water banking, cross-border transfers of water supplies, and the implications for long-termed mutually beneficial agreements for sustainable water management in the southwest United States.
