Seth A. Mendelsohn, Corporate, Counsel, Pennsylvania-American Water Company;

It used to be that allocation of water decisions were not a problem in the Eastern United States.  Water was plentiful and allocation decisions were not as important.  Today, we live in a new environment where allocation decisions are critical.  Yes, even in the Eastern U.S., allocation decisions, by state and local governments, have become important.  How are these agencies making decisions and what, if anything, could assist these governments moving forward.  This panel will examine allocation decisions and discuss their important impact on industry, business, and the environment in the Eastern United States.
