ConsensusDOCS are industry contract forms developed by a coalition of concerned parties: designers, owners, contractors, subcontractors, and sureties with the purpose of protecting the best interests of the project rather than any single party.  Those working on complex projects for municipalities, etc. will encounter contract clauses not seen in typical jobs.  This presentation will stress the utility of using ConsesusDOCS to address key issues like payment, completion, warranties, and liquidated damages.
