Selling Sound Science: Kindergartner to Policymaker

The National Academies of Science introduced its framework for K-12 science education in 2010. The framework was designed to introduce core scientific concepts to expose students to the disciplines but also to nurture natural curiosity about the universe in which we live.  Additionally, the fruits of such endeavors should equip professionals in all scientific fields to communicate sound science to local, state, and national policy makers in a practical, comprehensible manner.
