Ground Water, like many other journals, depends upon a dedicated group of reviewers to help judge the suitability of papers for publication and to provide suggestions to the authors. In the past few years, the numbers of manuscripts submitted to Ground Water has dramatically increased, making it difficult to find reviewers willing to look at papers. I am hoping to find colleagues with the time and ability to help with the peer review of articles submitted to Ground Water. My brief presentation will touch on the steps to get registered in the e-Journal system and how to indicate the kinds of papers you would like to receive. I will also discuss what is expected in a review and the work flow the journal follows to integrate reviews into a final decision. My hope is you can lend your time and expertise to continue the improvement and evolution of the journal.
