John attended the University of Notre Dame for both undergraduate and graduate school. He has lead the Illinois Association of Ground Water Professionals; served the State of Illinois Groundwater Advisory Council; Co-Lead the Well Disinfection Program for the State of Illinois.
Presently, John is: the director of National Ground Water Association; member of NGWA Cost Calculator for Water Well contractors and Cost Calculator for Pump Installation contractors task force; NGWA committee reviewing certification exam questions; 4) member of NGWA standards for water well construction committee; and serves on the State of Illinois Water Well and Pump Installation Contractor’s Licensing Board.
