Edwards Aquifer Authority
James R. Winterle is a modeling supervisor at Edwards Aquifer Authority, located in San Antonio, Texas. He has over 15 years expertise in the development of regional-scale groundwater models and has focused much of his career on quantifying the effects of data and model uncertainites on predicted model outcomes. At EAA he is coordinating the development of a new regional model for the Edwards Aquifer using a finite-element computational approach, and the update of an existing MODFLOW model. These models will be used to support resource management decisions.
