Stefan Schuster, PG, is a Senior Hydrogeologist with Daniel B. Stephens & Associates. He has M.S. degrees in geological science and community and regional planning and a B.S. degree in geophysics. Schuster has more than 17 years of experience working on diverse water resource planning projects throughout Texas, including regional and statewide water supply planning, water use demographics, water law issues, water supply evaluations, water rights analyses, strategy and alternatives development, and availability modeling of watersheds. Schuster also has extensive experience in surface water and groundwater availability modeling, water quality analyses, policy development and implementation, GIS, water rights, and public involvement.
