Roger has over 30 years in project and technical management in the broadcast and communications industries. He served as Chief of Engineering at Nebraska Educational Television and a Government and Education sales engineer for USWest/Qwest. Roger is the co-founder of SectorNow, a company that build's data-driven app systems for smartphone and tablet devices based on information provided by the user, over time, and used exclusively for the environmental CleanEarthApps, and for BehaviorApp mental health applications.
