John Bumgarner is Chief, Hydrologic Studies Section at the USGS Texas Water Science Center South Texas Program Office in San Antonio. He earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in Geological Sciences from the University of Texas and is a licensed Professional Geologist in Texas.
