Lawrence J. ("Sandy") Horan III has more than 20 years of experience working with consultants, contractors, and laboratories in environmental as well as health and safety matters, including multi-phase environmental projects, regulatory compliance, project management, report review, permitting, training, and loss prevention. He understands how to be profitable, reduce potential liability, and satisfy client needs. Horan offers risk reduction training in all aspects of the consultant/contractor’s business, negotiates/revises agreements and reports, and serves as QA/QC on projects and reports. He is co-author of The Environmental Professional’s Essential Guidebook: Reducing Liability While Making a Profit pending publication.
