Yongli Gao has a Ph.D. in Geology and an M.S. in Computer Science fom the University of Minnesota, and an M.S. in Geochemistry and a B.S. in Geology from Beijing University. He is an Associate Professor and Acting Director of the Center for Water Research at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
