Pacific Northwest Groundwater Expo Call for Papers

Open Through September 15, 2025

The Pacific Northwest Groundwater Expo is a key regional event showcasing the latest in groundwater technology, practical solutions, and professional collaboration. To ensure the Expo remains a vital resource for industry professionals across all sectors, NGWA is inviting submissions for educational programming focused on both scientific advancements and real-world applications. We are especially interested in content that supports technology transfer, presents new data or case studies, and introduces innovative tools or field techniques. Highest consideration will be given to discussions tailored to the unique groundwater challenges and opportunities in the Pacific Northwest.

There is a limited number of presentation slots available for all types of submissions. We encourage submitters to prioritize topics related to technology transfer, innovation, up-to-date data, and current best practices. Priority will be given to new workshop proposals. Proposals that are similar or identical to those submitted for 2024 workshops will not be considered.
