Yaoguo Li, Colorado School of Mines Yaoguo Li is an Associate Professor and Director of the research Center for Gravity and Magnetic Studies in the Department of Geophysics at the Colorado School of Mines. Prof. Li earned his Ph.D. in Geophysics from the University of British Columbia in 1992, after which he worked as a Research Associate in the UBC Geophysical Inversion Facility. His research as a principle investigator in the Gravity and Magnetics Research Consortium at the Colorado School of Mines, focuses on the inversion of magnetic, gravity, and resistivity data. Prof. Li has been awarded several honorable awards, including several Outstanding Teacher Awards.
