If words such as credible, dependable, knowledgeable, experienced, committed, responsible, and networker apply to you, and you would like to consider becoming a future candidate for an NGWA volunteer director position, then the NGWA Director Candidates School is the first step you need to take. By attending this workshop you, too, can wear the gold ladder pin proudly worn on the name badges or lapels of other graduates of this school. In addition, you will receive a participation certificate, as well as the chance to win special leadership materials. NGWA will also award $100 to each state association that provides participants for the Director Candidates School.
