Solving a Ready Mix Cement Plant’s Water Challenge When Demand Exceeds Supply

The use of a VFD controlled pumping unit and 3 - 88 gallon (nominal capacity) captive air water storage tanks to meet the demands of a Redi-Mix concrete plant when the peak usage exceeds the capacity of the water well system and to control the pump operation when the usage is minimal.  The water usage varies from 1 gpm to 480 gpm.
