Anthony Duplechin, CPG, holds a BS in geology from Louisiana State University. He is licensed with the Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists and certified with the American Institute of Professional Geologists. Duplechin currently serves as the Director of the Capital Area Groundwater Conservation District. He has also worked for the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources and the US Geological Survey. He is a member of the National Groundwater Association and the Louisiana Groundwater Management Advisory Task Force. He has also served as president of the National Association of Land Reclamationists.
