Dr. Ronald Kaiser is currently the chair of the Water Management and Hydrogeologic Science Graduate Degree Program at Texas A&M University. He is also a member of American Water Works Association, American Water Resources Association, Universities Council on Water Resources, and the State Bar of Texas. Kaiser has written or coauthored four books, 12 journal articles, and seven technical publications. He holds a B.S. and an M.S. from Michigan State University, a J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and an LL.M. from the School of Law, University of California Berkeley.
