Science & Engineering Forum Poster Session
Call for Papers Open Through September 12, 2025
Groundwater Week is the premier annual event for new products, education, and networking in the groundwater industry. In striving to maintain this position, NGWA is seeking submissions for science-oriented and practical application educational programming designed to be relevant to, and benefit, the various sectors of groundwater industry professionals.
Poster presentations: A presentation of research information in the form of a paper poster that conference participants may view during a poster session.
Students:
Scholarships are for full-time undergraduate and graduate students who submit an abstract for a poster presentation at the Science & Engineering Forum at Groundwater Week. All such students whose abstracts are accepted for presentation will be evaluated during the event by two or more judges. The four students with the highest scores will receive the Farvolden Scholarships. Four $1,000 scholarships will be awarded.

- Title — 15-word limit
- Workshop description or presentation abstract — 300-word limit
- Format — all submissions must be written in sentence form without bullet points
- Review — all submissions will be peer-reviewed and presenters notified of acceptance before September 15.
- Schedule at Groundwater Week — The poster session will be Tuesday, December 9.
- Deadline for submissions — September 12, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
