Ground Water Week Call for Posters: Now accepting submissions from undergraduate and graduate students through September 15, 2026
Are you working on a research project or a thesis related to groundwater? The Science & Engineering Forum at Groundwater Week is a great opportunity to share your work, connect with professionals, and gain experience presenting in a supportive environment. Whether your work is just getting started or part of a larger research effort, we welcome your contribution.

Present your research in a visual format during an interactive poster session, where attendees can engage with you one-on-one. Submissions are welcome across a wide range of groundwater-related topics,
including but not limited to:

- Abstract: Maximum 300 words
- Format: Written in complete sentences (no bullet points)
- Review Process: All submissions will be peer-reviewed
- Notification of Acceptance: Rolling notifications; final decisions communicated after review
- Submission Deadline: September 15, 2026 (11:59 p.m. PT)
- Event Schedule: The Poster Session will take place Tuesday, December 8, 2026 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
