Ms. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in geology from Wichita State University and a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. For over nearly 20 years, Ms. Lee has gained professional experience with environmental remediation in both the public and private sectors. She has led and provided oversight of investigations and cleanups under CERCLA and RCRA programs. She has served as project manager for various projects across the United States ranging from underground storage tank investigations to large-scale projects including oil refinery RCRA investigations or CERCLA military base closures. Ms. Lee accepted the position of Groundwater Section Manager with the WDEQ Water Quality Division in April 2015. As Groundwater Section Manager, Ms. Lee oversees the Underground Injection Control Program, Federal Facilities Program, Groundwater Pollution Control and various state groundwater projects.
