Jay Sullivan, Virginia Tech Jay Sullivan is Professor of Forest and Resource Economics at Virginia Tech, receiving a B.S. and M.S. from Colorado State University, and a Ph.D. from University of California, Berkeley. His research focus is forest landowner decision making, and the economics of forest conservation, including reforestation of surface mined lands in the mid Atlantic.
Gregory S. Amacher, Virginia Tech Greg Amacher is Julian N. Cheatham Professor of Forest and Resource Economics at Virginia Tech, receiving a B.S. from Penn State, and an M.S. and Ph.D. from University of Michigan. His research interests include natural resource and environmental economics, international forestry and development, public finance and policy instrument design.
