David Brauer ARS-USDA Cprl Bushland, USA David Brauer, since September 2008, has been the manager of the Ogallala Aquifer Program, a research-education consortium between ARS, Kansas State University, Texas A&M University, Texas Tech University and West Texas A&M University, addressing problems arising from declining water availability from the Ogallala Aquifer on the Southern High Plains.
