Phoolendra Mishra is currently an assistant professor at California State University – Fullerton. He previously worked as a researcher at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Mishra has a degree in civil engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Ph.D. in hydrology from the University of Arizona.
