Brian is a seasoned water resources engineer with a breadth of experience managing state and local water programs. As Water Resources Team Leader with Olsson since 2014, Brian manages a wide variety of water management studies. As former Director of the Nebraska Department of Natural Resources, Brian oversaw all state programs related to water quantity planning and management. Brian is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience and a degree in civil engineering from the University of Nebraska.
