Dr. Saquib Najmus has more than 20 years of experience in integrated water management and integration of multidisciplinary issues in water resources projects. He has been working with the California DWR as a key consultant for the Integrated Regional Water Management (IRWM) program since its inception. Saquib is a recognized expert in integrated hydrologic modeling. He authored the hydrologic modeling chapter and groundwater section of the Water Resources Planning Manual published by the American Water Works Association (AWWA).
