Aquifers and Aquifer Processes, Characterization, and Modeling II
The session is intended for presentations of new ideas, insights, and understanding concerning aquifers, their physical, chemical, and microbial heterogeneity; and processes including flow, reactions, and mass transport. The session will also include presentations of new ideas and approaches for characterizing and modeling aquifers and aquifer processes. A wide range of relevant scales and a wide range of tools for characterization and modeling should be covered among the presentations. The session will highlight the state of both science and professional practice in these areas.
