Brian Zagon is an attorney with 15 years of environmental litigation and regulatory experience representing corporations, individuals, court-appointed receivers, and trustees. Zagon has supervised site investigations, remedy selection, and remedial actions in California and other states. A large part of his environmental work involves contaminated groundwater sites. Zagon is currently lead trial and regulatory counsel for a client in the B.F. Goodrich Superfund Site in Rialto, California, with alleged claims of $100 million. Zagon is a shareholder at Hunsucker Goodstein PC, a national law firm that focusses on environmental litigation and regulatory matters.
