Caroline Russell

Dr. Caroline Russell is a senior environmental engineer for ARCADIS in Austin, Texas, with over 14 years of experience specializing in drinking water treatment and water quality. She manages and contributes to a variety of water quality projects, including treatment alternatives evaluations and technology testing for removal of emerging inorganic and organic contaminants. She continues to work on leading edge technology testing for hexavalent chromium removal to very low levels for a confidential client in California. Russell's previous experience working for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the U.S. EPA has provided her with a strong regulatory background.
