Mr. Mikell is a Principal Hydrogeologist with Bowen, Collins & Associates in Draper, Utah. He has 23 years of experience in the planning, study, permitting, design, and construction management of groundwater and environmental projects. He has conducted or managed more than 80 hydrogeologic characterization projects relating to water supply, artificial groundwater recharge, wellhead protection, irrigation, wetlands, and hazardous waste. He has designed exploratory drilling programs and production wells for a wide variety of geologic settings. Mr. Mikell has special expertise in vadose zone hydrology. Chris serves on the Board for the Utah Ground Water Association.
