Lee is a water resources engineer with approximately 30 years of experience with water resources planning, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, water supply planning and design, consumptive use permitting, and aquifer storage and recovery. He works from the Orlando, FL office of CDM Smith. Lee is a registered professional engineer in Florida and a Board Certified Environmental Engineer with the American Academy of Environmental Engineers.
