Miriam Wamsley is currently an epidemiologist for the New Mexico Department of Health working on drinking water quality and biomonitoring projects. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and chemistry as well as a Master’s degree in Water Resources from the University of New Mexico. While at the University of New Mexico, Miriam specialized in hydroscience and epidemiology. Miriam is a fifth generation New Mexican and loves traveling the beautiful southwest while having the opportunity to educate well owners about water quality, water treatment, and health.
