Bruce Daniels has a Ph.D. from the University California, Santa Cruz in Hydroclimatology, the science of climate change impacts on water resources. He also served as a Director of the Soquel Creek Water District in Santa Cruz County for more than 15 years, and now as its President. Previously he served for six years as a Director and then Chair of the California Regional Water Quality Control Board for the Central Coast.
