Tim Flynn is President and Principal Hydrogeologist at Aspect Consulting, an earth sciences and engineering firm serving the Pacific Northwest. With 30 years of water resources consulting experience, Tim specializes in areas of groundwater supply development, water rights, and water quality impact evaluation. He has worked on a wide range of projects including Aquifer Storage and Recovery, regional groundwater management plans, watershed planning, wellhead protection, and water rights transfer and acquisition.
