Specialized Equipment Makes the Pressure Testing, Installation, and Grouting of Geothermal Loops Easier, Faster, and Safer

Commercial loop fields commonly use 1¼-inch-diameter loop pipes with borehole depths reaching 600 feet. Pressure testing the loops and their installation requires filling the loops with water, making the loop pipe coil heavy and hard to handle. You will see several types of equipment that make all of the steps of filling the loop with water, pressure testing it, inserting it into the borehole, and the tremie pipe grouting process easier, faster, and safer.
