Outdoor Demos Planned to take place from 8 a.m. until noon, outdoor demonstrations in the works will focus on, but not be limited to: well construction; monitoring and sampling; geophysics; remediation techniques; safe practice in the field. There is no additional fee to participate in these demonstrations, but please note that these are separate from the NGWA Geothermal Mud and Grouting School. Transportation will be provided from/to both Expo hotels to the outdoor demo site starting at 7:30 a.m. on Friday. You will be given a liability waiver to sign and continuing education from when boarding the bus to the demo site. To date, the following firms, in addition to those presenting the NGWA Geothermal Drilling Mud and Grouting School, have committed to conducting various demonstrations: AMS Inc.; CETCO Drilling Products Group; Geoprobe Systems; Industrial Test Systems; Las Vegas Fire & Rescue, Public Education Office; Laval Underground Surveys; MSA; Schlumberger Water Services; and Water Development Corp.
