Thomas (Tom) Downey is President and CEO of Downey Drilling Inc., as well as Managing Partner of Downey Leasing, LLC, and Downey and Associates, LLC. He’s been in the industry almost 40 years. He earned an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southeast Community College. He is a licensed water well driller and pump installation contractor in 6 states.
