How Mobile Are You: BYOD?

More and more service providers are using mobile devices in the field with dedicated apps for diagnostics, invoicing, scheduling, and accepting payments. Such convenience and accessibility raises questions on what mobile devices are best suited to which circumstances—and what level of security is needed. This workshop will address the various types of mobile devices available, how to match them with the most efficient application for your specific need, and what security measures should be considered.
