Greg Ford holds a degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Workplace Learning. He has 20 years of experience in business and human resources consulting, and has helped many organizations improve safety and enhance productivity through workforce education. His core specialties are psychometric testing and workplace learning. Ford is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers and his articles have been published in numerous magazines and journals such as Workplace Today, Canadian HR Reporter, and People Talk. Along with Dr. John Sullivan of San Francisco State University, he co-authored the book Catch Them if You Can.
