Carlos González Chacón, Ingeniero Civil, Máster en Administración de Empresas énfasis en Banca y Finanzas y Máster en Estudios Urbanos de la Flacso. 19 años de ejercicio de la profesión, laborando para diferentes instituciones del Estado y para el AyA desde el 1 de octubre del año 2007, con 2 años en la Unidad de Perforación del AyA Carlos González Chacón, is a Civil Engineer with a Masters in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Banking and Finance and a Masters in Urban Studies from FLACSO. His work experience include 19 years of practice, working with AyA since 2007 and in the well drilling Unit for the last 2 years. !
