Javier Jaime inicio su relación en la industria del agua trabajando en un negocio familiar de perforación de pozos. Estudió Economía en La Escuela Superior de Economía y Negocios de El Salvador. Trabaja en Roscoe Moss Company en el mercado Latinoamericano y desde el 2007 ha desarrollado modelos y regresiones económicas que relacionen la eficiencia de pozos de agua en función de su diseño, material utilizado y métodos de perforación. Su investigación tiene como enfoque principal las autoridades de agua gubernamentales y proyectos agrícolas de gran escala en Latinoamérica. Javier Jaime initiated in the water well industry working in a family owned well drilling business. Studied Economics in Escuela Superior de Economía y Negocios de El Salvador (ESEN). Works in Roscoe Moss Company in the Latin American market and since 2007 has developed economic models and econometric regressions that relate the efficiency of a water well as a function of its design, materials used and drilling methods. His focus of study has been Government owned water utilities and large agricultural projects in Latin America.
