Jim Hartmann is a Regional Manager of Technical Services at Franklin Electric, where he provides technical field support and training to distributors and Key Dealers. Jim has 29 years of in-depth water systems experience, including the last 25 years with Franklin Electric. In addition to this role, Jim is honored to serve the industry as Vice President of the Pennsylvania Groundwater Association.
