James Prieur is Senior Hydrologist in the Southern Nevada Water Authority Water Resources Division. He has worked with SNWA since 2006. He has a Bachelor of Science specializing in Geology and Environmental Science from the University of Illinois-Chicago and a Master of Science in Water Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a licensed Professional Geologist with over thirty years of experience performing hydrologic and environmental studies throughout the United States and internationally. Earlier in his career, he was Hydrogeologist with Halliburton NUS Corporation as USEPA contractor on the SUPERFUND program and later was Founder and Principal Hydrogeologist for Delta Environmental Consultants, Inc.
