Jim Hartmann has been in the water systems industry for over 26 years. The majority of his tenure has been with Franklin Electric (22 years) in a Field Service capacity. Jim’s current position is Regional Manager for Technical Service. One of his responsibilities for Franklin is presenting training seminars to water systems distributors and dealers. In addition to Franklin training seminars, he has made presentations for NGWA, Water Systems Council, American Groundwater Trust and numerous state groundwater associations in the US and Canada. Jim is a member of the NGWA, PGWA, NJGWA and ESWWDA and is currently serving as vice president of the PGWA.
