John H S Baxter has more than 35 years’ experience in providing training, support and developing of safely systems, in both the Air Force and industry. He holds a BSc in Engineering and a MBA and have applied my knowledge, experience throughout my career in reduce accidents in the work place. Baxter hasimplemented several training systems for the reduction of accidents in the work place over many different industries. He believes the only way to reduce accidents is by training and gaining the knowledge on how to identify unsafe conditions and practise safe working methods daily.
