Mr. Bowers Is a drilling safety and techniques instructor for the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150, with 25 years of drilling experience. He has served as an Instructor for the past 7 years with duties of developing curriculum for drilling related classes and providing technical expertise in the development of an apprenticeship program for the water well, geotechnical, and geothermal industries. Mr. Bowers also instructs OSHA safety and HAZWOPER classes, and works with drilling industry trade organizations, equipment suppliers and contractors to promote work site and environmental safety.
